Zizzi Exeter is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor or Shift Leader to lead busy shifts, manage the bar, food pass, hosting, and run the floor with hands-on leadership.

You’ll motivate the Front of House team, uphold standards, resolve guest issues, and ensure smooth service and standout hospitality. This role offers flexible hours, a clear progression path to Assistant Manager, meals on shift, and staff benefits.

Formación

• Experience in a fast-paced retail, hospitality, or leisure environment.
• Confident communicator with a lead-by-example attitude.
• Structured thinker who can organise a floor section and adapt quickly.
• Reliable and ready to guide the team during peak times, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Run the restaurant during quieter periods, ensuring smooth and safe operations.
• Lead from the front during peak rushes with ownership of Pass, Bar, or Floor to maintain seamless service.
• Step in to resolve guest issues on the floor with a positive, feel-good solution.
• Motivate and coach the Front of House team to develop skills and deliver standout, feel-good hospitality.
• Care about dish presentation, restaurant standards, and details that make occasions special.
• Keep the restaurant safe, clean, and welcoming for your team and guests.
