Responsibilities

• DCWF: Ensure DCWF is executed to the highest standards and delegate tasks to maintain a focused team.
• Cleanliness & Standards: Oversee checklists to ensure adherence to Pink Standard and safe practices; report issues.
• Juicer Training: Conduct planned training following the global mantra: Knowledge - Training - Practice - Validation.
• Guest Experience: Lead by example to deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle in-store feedback professionally.
• Financial Accountability: Monitor and optimize sales during shifts and report on daily targets.
