Moto is seeking a Supervisor to act as a strong right hand to the Store Manager at our Nottingham area service site. You will lead shifts, ensure smooth operations, and be a brand ambassador for M&S Simply Food products while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced rest-stop environment.

The role offers development opportunities, a competitive package including pension, sick pay, and an annual bonus, with potential for further progression into management.

Qualificações

• Experience leading or supervising teams within retail, hospitality, or customer service.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills under pressure.
