Moto Hospitality is hiring a Store Manager for M&S Simply Food at Toddington Services, Dunstable. You’ll lead a high-volume store, hit budgets, and develop your team to deliver memorable customer service at every visit.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams in high-volume retail, catering, or hospitality.
• Track record of managing budgets, P&L, labour costs, and driving efficiencies.
• Strong relationship-builder with stakeholders at all levels.
• Skilled at motivating teams through coaching, training and succession planning.
• Calm, decisive, and focused when pace picks up.
