Job summary

One Stop Stores Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Leader to join our fast-paced retail team. You will run duty shifts, coordinate colleagues, and ensure a clean, fully stocked store that meets customer expectations.

With customers at the heart of our business, you will coach colleagues on the job, monitor store performance, and implement practical improvements. You will act as a keyholder, maintaining safety and opening/closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the team to deliver the easiest shopping trip in the community.
• Opening/closing the store and completing duty cover, ensuring decisions are right for customers and safety.
• Be the go-to person for colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager for day-to-day queries.
• Support the Store Manager in coordinating seasonal, community and charity events.
• Ensure the store is clean, tidy, and well presented.
• Prioritise replenishment of products that matter to our customers.
• Manage queues in store to deliver a great shopping trip for customers.
