Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Team Leader to support our busy pub team in Cheltenham. You’ll lead by example, ensuring high standards and that customers are kept happy during a shift.

You’ll deputise for the management team, organise the team, keep the bar safe and compliant, and help deliver great service with a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. We offer a competitive salary, pension contributions and extensive training across Greene King brands, plus staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each and every time they visit.
• Deputise for the management team and resolve any issues that arise in their absence.
• Help organise and coordinate the team during a busy shift, making sure everything runs like clockwork.
• Make sure the bar is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and compliance during the shift.
