Job summary

Tesco Shift Lead role in Sutton Coldfield puts you at the heart of our store team helping deliver great customer experiences, day-to-day operations, and real variety in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll lead the team, coach colleagues, and act as the go-to person for daily store questions, including stepping in for the Manager when needed, while building inclusive relationships that help everyone perform at their best.

Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.

Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we're looking for, we still encourage you to apply.
