Job summary

Beach House, part of Hall & Woodhouse, is seeking a Shift Leader to manage day-to-day F&B operations on-site in a busy pub/restaurant environment. You will lead opening and closing shifts, ensure safety and guest satisfaction, and support the GM in coaching the team. A 5-day week, tips on top of base pay, and career progression are offered.

The role provides £13.70 per hour with additional meal discounts and a structured path to General Manager within Hall & Woodhouse.

Qualifications

• Experience as shift leader or assistant manager in hospitality.
• Ability to supervise opening/closing, safety and security procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, approachable manner.
• Willingness to coach and develop the team and deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation as shift lead across front-of-house activities.
• Support GM in coaching and developing team members.
• Ensure consistency in guest experience and service standards.
• Maintain safety and security procedures during opening and closing.
