Job summary

Hall & Woodhouse is seeking a confident Shift Leader at The Wiremill, Lingfield, to lead daily F&B operations. You will oversee opening/closing, ensure safety, and deliver outstanding guest experiences while supporting the GM in coaching the team. • A shift leader or assistant manager who is kind, calm and approachable
• Confident overseeing opening/closing, safety and security procedures
• Well‑presented, detail‑focused and professional
• Willing to support the GM in coaching and developing the team
• Logical, organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Driven to deliver outstanding guest experiences
• Able to work days, evenings and weekends and reliably manage the commute
• A natural host who loves creating day making moments
