Hall & Woodhouse is recruiting a General Manager for the Wiremill, a premium lakeside pub with rooms. Lead a fabulous team, oversee kitchen and food production, and drive guest satisfaction in a destination location.

What you'll need to be:

• An experienced GM with great leadership capability within branded hospitality
• Competent in kitchen oversight and the control of food production
• Comfortable with the extra challenges of a destination location with guest rooms
• Based in the local, area or planning to re-locate
• An expert in quality food and drink, with high attention to detail
• A strategic commercially minded operator with experience growing hospitality businesses
• Diligent with brand standards and processes
• Well-presented, analytical and proactive in problem-solving
• Able to commit for the long term
