Job summary

Hall & Woodhouse is inviting applications for a Shift Leader at the Wiremill, part of a famous pub and restaurant group by the lake. The role offers £13.70 per hour, tips on top, a bonus scheme and a clear career path toward General Manager within the Hall & Woodhouse family.

You will lead a friendly team, ensure safe and smooth service, and help guests enjoy memorable experiences in a busy food-led environment.

Qualifications

• Shift leader or assistant manager experience in hospitality.
• Ability to supervise opening/closing, safety and security procedures.
• Well-presented, detail-focused and professional.
• Support the GM in coaching and developing the team.
• Able to work days, evenings and weekends; manage commute.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations across bar and restaurant.
• Ensure guest experiences are warm, efficient and memorable.
