Caffè Nero in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Leader to drive store operations and mentor the team to deliver excellent service. You will lead by example, ensuring each customer receives a personalised experience and that service standards are met.

A strong attitude, energy and love for interacting with customers are essential. Starter rate in Newcastle upon Tyne is £12.76 per hour, rising to £12.91 with service. No coffee experience is required; training is provided.

Formación

• Experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader is preferred, but not required.
• Strong service orientation with customer focus.
• Ability to lead by example and train others.

Our aim is simple: through great coffee and brilliant service, we want to make a positive difference in people's lives. Shift Leaders are key in supporting the smooth running of store operations, providing great service and supporting their team to do the same. They:

• Are charge of the shift, leading their team by example.
• Make fantastic coffee… and matcha… and seasonal drinks… every order is special!
• From bean to cup, they make each customer their coffee, exactly how they like it!
• Provide great service, both in store and through deliveries. With our signature 1-2-1 service style, they ensure customers leave with a personalised experience.
• Keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.
• Take pride in what they do and always strive for excellence! Enjoy customer interaction.

Positive attitude Teamwork, To become a Shift Leader, ideally you will have some experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader - but if you haven't got that don't worry, we'd still love to hear from you.
