Job summary

Caffe8 Nero in the United Kingdom is hiring Shift Leaders to support smooth store operations, lead the team by example, and deliver exceptional service to every customer. You will ensure the club-like atmosphere, train and motivate team members, and keep the front and back-of-house areas clean, safe and ready for busy shifts.

Job description

Our aim is simple: through great coffee and brilliant service, we want to make a positive difference in people's lives. Shift Leaders are key in supporting the smooth running of store operations, providing great service and supporting their team to do the same. They:

• Are charge of the shift, leading their team by example.
• Make fantastic coffee… and matcha… and seasonal drinks… every order is special!
• From bean to cup, they make each customer their coffee, exactly how they like it!
• Provide great service, both in store and through deliveries. With our signature 1-2-1 service style, they ensure customers leave with a personalised experience.
• Keep the customer and back-of-house areas safe, clean, organised and ready for service. Some examples would be cleaning tables or ensuring toilets are kept to the high standards our customers expect.
• Take pride in what they do and always strive for excellence! Enjoy customer interaction.

Positive attitude Teamwork, To become a Shift Leader, ideally you will have some experience as a Supervisor or Team Leader - but if you haven't got that don't worry, we'd still love to hear from you.

The starter rate for Shift Leaders in this location is £12.76 per hour, increasing to £12.91 with service.
