Job summary

Marks & Spencer is seeking a Shift Lead to lead the fill operation on the sales floor and assume operational responsibility for coordinating resources to Serve, Sell and Fill. Join us to help keep our store running smoothly during busy periods.

You will lead the floor in the absence of the Colleague Manager, allocate resources to deliver a quick payment experience, and ensure the store is clean, safe and well-presented, while modelling great customer service and M&S behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Lead the fill operation and coach colleagues on One Best Way to drive productivity.
• Allocate resource to deliver the operational tasks during the fill operation and in the absence of the Colleague Manager.
• Coordinate the team to deliver a clean, safe and well-presented store.
• Support Colleague Managers by sharing observations to help deliver high performance.
• Responsible for opening and closing tasks including cash handling and TSL compliance.
