Job summary

Marks & Spencer is hiring for a Shift Lead to oversee the fill operation and maintain a ready-to-trade salesfloor. You will coordinate resources, coach colleagues on the One Best Way, and drive productivity in readiness for store opening.

As a frontline supervisor, you will model customer service, support Colleague Managers, and be a key holder responsible for opening/closing tasks, cash handling, and incident logging across the shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Retail fluency and customer service awareness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resources to deliver operational tasks during the fill operation.
• Lead the fill operation, coaching colleagues on One Best Way and driving productivity for store opening.
• Allocate resources to deliver a quick payment experience.
• Ensure daily operational processes are implemented efficiently across the area.
• Coordinate the team to maintain a clean, safe and well-presented store.
• Role model excellent customer service and company behaviours.
• Support Colleague Managers by sharing observations to improve performance.
