Job summary

B&Q Colchester Tollgate is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee daily store operations and create a safe, welcoming environment for customers and colleagues. You’ll ensure the store runs smoothly, manage team deployments, and be the first point of contact for everyone on shift.

This full-time, permanent role covers early starts to late finishes (5am–9:30pm) with a competitive package including a pension and generous holiday entitlement. Join us to help customers love their homes.
