Job summary

B&Q Stevenage is recruiting a Shift Lead to oversee store operations across a 25-hour week under a permanent contract. This keyholder role covers early starts (5.45am) to late finishes (10pm) and involves leading a team to deliver great service and safe shopping for customers.

You'll deploy colleagues, be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues, and help create a store environment where everyone feels valued.
