B&Q Loughborough is recruiting for a Shift Lead on a permanent contract. This is a keyholder position with shifts starting as early as 5am and finishing as late as 10pm, supporting store operations from open to close.

In this role you will lead and develop the team, deliver excellent customer service, and help create a welcoming, well-run store environment.
