MS in the United Kingdom is seeking a proactive Shift Lead to coordinate the fill operation and lead the team to ensure the store is ready for trade. The role requires managing resources to serve, sell and fill, while modelling strong customer service and the company values.

You will be accountable for opening/closing duties, being a key holder, and supporting nearby stores as needed. A frontline role that rewards hands-on leadership and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Frontline retail shift leadership experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate resources and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead the fill operation to ensure the sales floor is ready to trade.
• Coordinate resources to deliver operational tasks during fill and in absence of the Colleague Manager.
• Lead the fill operation, coaching colleagues on One Best Way and driving productivity before store opening.
• Allocate resource to deliver quick payment experiences for customers.
• Ensure daily operational processes are implemented efficiently across the store at the right times.
• Coordinate the team to maintain a clean, safe and well-presented store.
• Contribute to a inclusive team atmosphere and role-model customer service and company behaviours.
• Support nearby stores if operationally required and act as a key holder for opening/closing.
