Job summary

Marks & Spencer in the United Kingdom is seeking a frontline team member to lead the fill operation and ensure the salesfloor is ready to trade. You will coordinate resources to support operational tasks and, in the absence of the Colleague Manager, guide the team to maintain a smooth customer experience.

This frontline role requires flexibility across Sundays to Saturdays, with shifts such as 05:00-14:00 and 13:00-22:00.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible across Sunday–Saturday.
• Willing to work unsocial hours with a premium.

Responsibilities

• Lead the fill operation and ensure a salesfloor ready to trade.
• Coordinate resources to deliver operational tasks during fill and in manager absence.
• Model great customer service and drive productivity for store opening.
• Assist with opening and closing of the building, including cash handling and safety checks.
