Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the fill operation and coordinate resources to ensure the salesfloor is ready to trade.
• Provide coaching on One Best Way and drive productivity ahead of store opening.
• Ensure a quick payment experience by allocating resources efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe and well-presented store throughout the day.
• Model excellent customer service and uphold M&S behaviours and colleague expectations.
