Job summary

B&Q Holywood Exchange is hiring a Shift Lead to oversee daily store operations, guide team deployment and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for customers and colleagues.

The role requires leading from the front, delivering great customer service, and maintaining standards across a busy retail store in Northern Ireland. This is a full-time position with a fixed schedule and competitive package.

Responsibilities

• Be the heartbeat of the store day-to-day and ensure operations are running smoothly.
• Make sure colleagues are deployed correctly to ‘make every customer count’ throughout your shift.
• Be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues.
• Make sure our stores are safe at all times.
