Job summary

B&Q Holywood Exchange is hiring a Shift Lead for full-time operations, 36.75 hours per week, permanent contract. The role is a keyholder position with early 6:00am to late 10:00pm shifts.

You will oversee daily store operations, deploy colleagues to cover shifts, be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues, and ensure a safe shopping environment while helping customers find what they need. Benefits include a competitive salary and a generous holiday entitlement.

This is a keyholder position, with shifts ranging from an earliest start time of 6.00am to a latest finish time of 10.00pm

Your role as a Shift Lead is pivotal in ensuring a safe working and shopping environment. You’re the person who will oversee your shift to cultivate a great experience for both colleagues and customers daily.
