Job summary

B&Q Peterborough is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee daily operations, ensuring a safe shopping and working environment. You will lead your shift, deploy colleagues, and be the first point of contact for customers and team members.

The role is permanent, full-time (36.75 hours over 5 shifts), with shifts from 5am to 10pm. The annual salary is £27,709.50 plus pension and 6.6 weeks holiday.
