Job summary

Nando's Belfast is seeking a Shift Lead to be at the heart of the action, supporting to run brilliant shifts and helping the team deliver great PERi-PERi moments every time. You’ll lead with energy and care, coaching others and keeping service fast and friendly.

You’ll champion a customer-focused, inclusive environment, handle on-the-spot problem solving, and look for opportunities to grow into management roles.

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
