Job summary

Nando’s Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee daily restaurant shifts, guiding a fast-paced team to deliver our PERi-PERi moments. You’ll coach, motivate and problem-solve on the floor, maintaining service standards and guest satisfaction during busy periods.

Lead by example and help develop frontline leaders in a supportive, family‑style culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer-focused approach with ability to deliver PERi-PERi moments.
• Confident in leading people and solving problems on the spot.
• Hungry to learn, grow and take on more responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Support to run brilliant shifts and lead the team on the floor.
• Ensure consistent guest experience and timely service during peak periods.
• Maintain a fun, inclusive environment where Nandocas can grow.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service across channels.
