Nando's Limited in the United Kingdom is hiring a Shift Lead to be at the heart of our busy restaurant, supporting the team and ensuring smooth shifts. You’ll lead service, motivate staff and uphold our PERi-PERi standards to deliver great moments for every guest.

We value energy, presence and a customer‑obsessed mindset, with opportunities to grow into management roles and to develop leadership skills during every shift.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-obsessed approach with focus on delivering great moments
• Confident in leading people and solving problems on the spot
• Willingness to learn and take on more responsibility
