Nando’s Limited in the United Kingdom is hiring a Shift Lead to be at the heart of our busy kitchen and dining floor. You’ll support to run brilliant shifts, motivate the team and ensure terrific PERi‑PERi moments for every guest.

You’ll lead by example in a fast-paced environment, own customer service, and help develop people as our restaurant family grows. Hourly rate starts at £13.31, with opportunities to advance into management as you grow.
