Job summary

Nando's Limited is seeking a Shift Lead to be at the heart of our busy restaurant, guiding shifts, supporting the team, and delivering exceptional PERi-PERI moments for guests.

You will need leadership experience in a fast-paced setting, a passion for great service, and a proactive, fun attitude that fits our family-style culture. This role is on-site and focuses on smooth, people-centered operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-obsessed approach and ability to deliver PERi-PERI moments.

Responsibilities

• Support running brilliant shifts and ensure smooth operations.
• Lead, motivate and develop the team during busy periods.
