Nando's Limited is seeking a Shift Lead to head up shifts, motivate the team, and deliver superb customer service on the floor.

You’ll guide a fast-paced team, ensure smooth operations, and embody Nando’s values while driving great PERi-PERi moments for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-obsessed approach delivering PERi-PERi moments every time.
• Confident in leading people and solving problems on the fly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise shifts to ensure smooth, high-quality service.
• Support to run brilliant shifts and develop the team during peak periods.
• Uphold Nando’s values and standards, deliver friendly, engaging customer experiences.
