Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE is seeking a Shift Lead in Altrincham to support and run brilliant shifts, inspiring the team to deliver exceptional PERi‑PERi moments for guests. You’ll lead by example, motivate staff, and ensure smooth service during busy periods.

The role offers opportunities to grow into management, with a supportive, family-style environment and ongoing development as you lead with energy and passion.

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-obsessed approach and love for delivering great moments.
