Job summary

Nando’s in Watford is seeking a Shift Lead to be at the heart of our service, guiding and supporting the team to run brilliant shifts.

You’ll lead with energy, deliver memorable PERi-PERi moments for guests, help grow careers in a friendly, family‑style environment, and enjoy a competitive hourly rate of £13.49 with paid breaks and staff food.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer-focused approach and energy.
• Ability to motivate and engage staff across shifts.

Responsibilities
