Nando's Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking a Shift Lead to be at the heart of the action, supporting the team to run brilliant shifts and kickstart your leadership journey.

You’ll lead and motivate a fast-paced team, deliver exceptional PERi-PERi moments for guests and develop your path into management roles with clear progression. • Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer focus and ability to deliver PERi-PERi moments.
• Willingness to learn, grow and take on responsibility.

• Lead and supervise shift operations to run brilliant service.
• Motivate and support the team to maintain high standards.
• Ensure a friendly, guest-focused experience across all channels.
• Address issues and coach staff in real time for continuous improvement.
