Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE in Bradford is seeking a Shift Lead to be at the heart of busy restaurant shifts. You’ll lead, motivate and support a team to deliver outstanding PERi-PERi moments for guests while maintaining our fun, inclusive vibe.

You'll develop leadership skills with clear paths into management, enjoy benefits like paid breaks and staff meals, and join a team that values energy, enthusiasm and guest obsession every day.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-obsessed approach with a can-do attitude.
