Job summary

Nando's in Dunfermline is seeking a Shift Lead to help run brilliant shifts and support a fast-paced team. You’ll lead by example, motivate staff, and ensure every guest experiences the iconic PERi‑PERi moments we pride ourselves on.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A customer-obsessed approach and a love for delivering PERi‑PERi moments.
• Confidence in leading people and solving problems on the fly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise shifts to ensure brilliant service and smooth operations.
• Motivate and support the team to maintain Nando’s standards across channels.
• Prioritise guest experience and uphold the company values during busy periods.
