Nando's Ely is seeking a Shift Lead to help run brilliant shifts and support the team with energy and leadership during peak service times.

You'll lead and develop fellow Nandocas, ensuring every PERi-PERi moment is delivered with warm, friendly service and a can-do attitude. This role offers growth opportunities into management and a fun, supportive work culture.

Formación

• Experience leading or supervising a team in a fast-paced environment.
