Job summary

CDW is seeking a Configuration Supervisor in the United Kingdom to lead daily shift operations within the Configuration department. You will ensure resources, KPI delivery, and quality standards while fostering a one-team culture across functions.

You will coach and develop teammates, manage performance, and drive Lean improvements to reduce errors, improve workflow, and sustain safe, productive operations aligned with CDW values.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ leadership or management experience within supply chain, warehouse, or operational environments.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft O365.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident self-starter with a collaborative, team-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Organise and lead daily shift operations to safely achieve productivity, quality, and service targets.
• Set clear daily direction and priorities for the team.
• Maintain internal and external service levels.
• Work collaboratively with other supervisors and departments to resolve issues and improve workflows.
• Lead, coach, and develop direct reports through regular feedback, mentoring, and performance management.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Collect, analyse, and report operational data and KPIs.
• Champion safe working practices and full compliance with Health & Safety standards.
