Job summary

CDW is seeking an accomplished senior leader to drive CDW UK&I Configuration services, leading technical delivery and service development. You will shape offerings, onboard customers, and promote a culture of security and continuous improvement across the team.

You will partner with US teams and UK&I stakeholders to deliver high-value configuration solutions, leveraging automation, scripting and AI where appropriate to maximise productivity and service quality.

Qualifications

• Strong background knowledge of networking, security, and cloud computing.
• Significant experience in configuration and testing of IT products and solutions.
• Strong people management experience.
• Proven track record of delivering change and driving technical efforts to benefit customers with agile delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify new technologies to support customer configuration requirements with packaged and bespoke services.
• Lead the configuration team technical approach, R&D.
• Drive automation including scripting, AI, RPA to increase productivity.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, solutions sales and sales teams to attach Configuration services to sales.
