A leading construction firm in the UK is looking for an experienced Safety, Health & Environmental (SHE) Advisor to join their Shropshire contract. This role requires operational experience on construction sites and the ability to ensure compliance with safety standards. The ideal candidate will spearhead the SHE strategy and maintain relevant ISO accreditations. Compensation includes a salary between £37,000 - £47,000 per year, alongside a car allowance and private healthcare.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in managing SHE on large construction sites.
• Proven ability to implement traffic and pedestrian management.
• Experience in health and safety inspections and ISO management.

Responsibilities

• Drive the SHE strategy with local teams and partners.
• Lead meetings with staff and clients for SHE discussions.
• Manage ISO 45001 and 14001 accreditations.
• Conduct health and safety inspections across sites.
