Job summary

Mountain Healthcare is seeking an Administrator/Crisis Worker for the Hazlehurst Centre CSAAS SARC in West Yorkshire. The role involves supporting victims of sexual assault, facilitating the forensic examination process, and liaising with safeguarding and other agencies.

A UK driving license is required for travel between locations. The post is a full-time vacancy of 40 hours per week with a salary of £28,051.32 per annum pro rata and additional on-call opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience working with vulnerable adults and children.
• Knowledge of safeguarding children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Providing telephone information and support.
• Assisting in administration and management for adult/child and family visits, including preparing the patient and collecting forensic evidence.
• Supporting use of the colposcope and medical care, providing advocacy and a patient-centered service.
• Ensuring high standards of DNA decontamination between forensic cases.
• Liaising with other agencies regarding management of historic cases.
