Job summary

Capital One UK in Farnborough is seeking a Settlement Support Manager for International Client Services to lead the Billing team, oversee daily operations, and ensure compliance across processes and controls.

You will develop staff, embed risk management, drive improvements in settlement and adjustments processing, and partner with stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely client service.

Qualifications

• People leadership experience leading teams.
• Experience in financial services or payments, especially Settlement.
• Ability to develop procedures and deploy controls to mitigate risk.
• Strong executive presence and clear communication skills.
• Promotes a risk-aware culture and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects and plan resources for initiatives.
• Embed risk, controls and regulatory requirements into new system deliverables.
• Direct daily operations, set priorities and deadlines for the team.
• Be the trusted contact for Settlement and Billing processes across partners.
• Drive AI optimization by identifying processes for automation.
• Coach and develop the team to manage risk and escalation.
