Capital One Farnborough is seeking a Settlement Support Manager to lead the Billing (Adjustments & Fees) team within International Client Services. You will direct daily operations, embed controls and risk management, and drive process improvements across cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Experience within the financial services or payments industry, especially in Settlement and system configuration.
• Ability to develop procedures, assess risks and deploy controls to mitigate risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects.
• Strategic planning on resources and processes for initiatives.
• Embed risk, controls and regulatory requirements into delivery of new system capabilities and ensure compliance before go-live.
• Direct daily operations for the team, analyze workflows, set priorities and deadlines.
• Develop as a trusted contact for operational matters on Settlement and Billing system and build strategic relationships across partners.
• Drive AI optimization by reviewing manual processes to identify automation opportunities.
