Job summary

Capital One (Europe) plc seeks a Manager IC Settlement Support to lead the International Client Services Billing team, manage daily operations, and drive improvements in settlement processes. You’ll partner across functions to embed strong controls, risk management and regulatory compliance while delivering accurate client servicing.

Qualifications

• Experience developing procedures, assessing risks and deploying controls to mitigate financial/regulatory risks for operational activities.
• Ability to embed risk and regulatory requirements into delivery of system capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects with strategic resource planning.
• Embed controls and compliance into system implementations before go-live.
• Direct daily operations, set priorities and deadlines.
• Be the primary contact for Settlement and Billing processes across partners.
• Drive AI optimization by identifying tasks for automation.
