Sessional Business Trainer/Assessor – Care and Early Years

Salary: from £15.96ph basic + £2.80ph holiday to £17.39ph basic + £3.06ph holiday (Qualified Assessor) or £14.94ph basic + £2.62ph holiday (No Assessor Qualification)

Closing date: 04/01/2026 – extended due to Christmas closure

Interviews: 09/01/2026

Requirements:

  • Current authorisation to work in the UK (sponsorship not offered)
  • Own transport insured for business purposes
  • Experience delivering L2‑L5 Early Years Standards and L3 Teaching Assistant standard
  • Knowledge of SEND qualifications and apprenticeship sector

Main purpose of post: The role involves delivering curriculum delivery for preschool and early years learners to meet statutory standards and support the apprenticeship programme. Candidates should be proactive, self‑motivated and have a track record of learner achievement.
