Job Description:

Mission: To grow our services offer by expanding our wallet share within priority customers in a specific region. Collaborate closely with our v1 sales teams to develop and implement strategies for traditional and digital services. Responsibilities include:

  1. Engaging in face-to-face regional activities with high customer interaction, balanced with digital and remote engagement.
  2. Gaining mature knowledge of services, focusing on our digital offerings and executing the company’s digital services strategy across multiple segments and technologies.
  3. Developing, managing, and executing a commercial strategy to increase our full services offering across a regional customer portfolio.
  4. Promoting and expanding the install base services within the target customer base, enhancing install base data in the region.
  5. Collaborating with inside (digital) sales teams to optimize regional coverage and identify new opportunities.
  6. Farming existing customers to increase their SE Services wallet and developing new high-potential service customers.
  7. Occasionally leading multi-site customers across the UK&I region outside of the main region.
  8. Demonstrating digital tools and acting as an ambassador for Schneider Electric’s software and customer tools, articulating our value proposition.
  9. Managing an up-to-date sales pipeline in Salesforce, forecasting opportunities according to business rules.
  10. Ensuring contractual growth by expanding existing contracts and developing new revenue streams through multi-technology solutions and asset management.

Qualifications, skills, and knowledge:

  • Sales or service experience, ideally in software sales or digital tools.
  • Background in solution selling rather than just product selling.
