We are now looking for a Service Sales Account Manager - Contracts to join our team in UK.

POSITION SUMMARY

  • Manage and improve the performance of selected dedicated service Key Accounts in cooperation with the relevant service operational teams.
  • Own the quality of service delivery to the account, including monitoring of agreed key performance indicators.
  • Ensure account longevity and maximize account potential and financial improvement (Account profitability).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and take responsibility for the account renewal process.
  • Manage the financial administration of the account.
  • Provide expert advice on design, product application, and standards guidance to the account.
  • Maximize all UPS, MES, & Thermal product opportunities within the account, directing them to the relevant Vertiv team and monitoring regularly.
  • Manage future product/system migration strategies for the account.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven organizational skills, able to prioritize workloads and multitask effectively.
  • Proven people management skills, able to coach, lead, and motivate teams.
  • High level of commercial acumen with the ability to understand client processes and business objectives.
  • Self-motivated, business-focused, with excellent communication skills.
  • This role is home-based but may require travel to offices and customer sites.
