Job summary

HCLTech in London is seeking a ServiceNow Test Engineer to ensure quality across ServiceNow implementations, AI-enabled workflows, and platform releases. This is a hybrid, 12-month fixed-term contract with collaboration across multi-vendor teams and accountability for release governance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years ServiceNow testing experience in regulated environments.
• Experience validating AI outcomes and testing automation.
• Experience in European regulatory contexts (GDPR, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute functional, regression, and integration tests for ServiceNow deployments.
• Validate AI-generated recommendations, prompts, and agent responses.
• Perform release assurance and support UAT and production readiness reviews.
• Ensure auditability and traceability of testing activities.
