Job summary

HCLTech in London is seeking a ServiceNow Test Engineer to ensure quality across ServiceNow implementations, AI-enabled workflows, and platform releases. The role requires 5+ years of ServiceNow testing experience in regulated European environments, and hands-on AI validation and automation skills.

This is a hybrid, 12-month fixed-term contract with collaboration across multi-vendor teams and accountability for release governance and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years ServiceNow testing experience in regulated environments.
• Experience validating AI outcomes and testing automation.
• Experience in European regulatory contexts (GDPR, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute functional, regression, and integration tests for ServiceNow deployments.
• Validate AI-generated recommendations, prompts, and agent responses.
• Perform release assurance and support UAT and production readiness reviews.
• Ensure auditability and traceability of testing activities.

Role Summary

The Test Engineer will be responsible for ensuring quality assurance across ServiceNow implementations, AI-enabled workflows, and platform releases. The role will also include validation of AI-generated outcomes and automated testing.

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years ServiceNow testing experience
• Experience within regulated European enterprises
• Experience with AI validation and test automation

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute functional, regression, integration, and AI validation test cases
• Implement automated testing using ATF and enterprise testing frameworks
• Validate AI-generated recommendations, prompts, and agent responses
• Perform release assurance and quality governance activities
• Support UAT and production deployment readiness reviews
• Ensure auditability and traceability of testing activities
