Job summary

Primark is seeking a Platform Manager - ServiceNow to lead the strategic direction, development and ongoing optimisation of the ServiceNow platform. You will drive governance, innovative improvements and long-term platform growth across technology and business stakeholders.

Reporting to Technology leadership, this role shapes platform strategy, oversees upgrades and ensures stability, security and value delivery for enterprise services.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing enterprise platforms with deep ServiceNow expertise.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, HRSD and related capabilities.
• Proven ability to develop and execute platform strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience leading technical teams in large, complex organisations.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the ServiceNow platform strategy, roadmap and long-term vision.
• Lead the delivery of platform enhancements, upgrades and new capabilities.
• Manage relationships with key business stakeholders to align priorities.
• Ensure platform stability, performance, security and availability across all ServiceNow services.
• Oversee third-party vendors, service providers and platform budgets.
• Establish governance, risk and compliance controls for the platform.
• Lead, coach and develop platform and engineering teams to drive high performance.
