Job summary

Intec Select Ltd is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Product Manager to own a key ServiceNow environment within a growing organisation. You will shape the platform roadmap, engage senior stakeholders, IT teams and partners, and drive value across the business through Agile delivery.

You will lead the product lifecycle from concept to deployment, ensuring the backlog is prioritised to maximise operational efficiency and user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as a ServiceNow Product Manager, Owner, Business Analyst or Platform Owner.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow functionality and platform best practices.
• Experience prioritising product backlogs within Agile environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior business leaders.
• Analytical and problem-solving with a value-driven mindset.
• Proven ability to write user stories, acceptance criteria and functional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a clear ServiceNow vision, strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders, ICT teams and third-party partners to translate needs into platform requirements.
• Own and prioritise the ServiceNow backlog balancing business value, user needs and resources.
• Produce user stories, acceptance criteria and functional requirements to support delivery.
• Lead end-to-end delivery from concept through deployment.
• Identify opportunities to improve platform functionality and user experience.
